What it is

Start a world of your own in one of five games, and the rest of us can wander in. It sleeps between sessions and wakes when someone's back.

How to use it

  1. 1

    Get set up

    In Discord, tap Get connected in #get-connected.

  2. 2

    Create

    Choose a game on the Worlds Dashboard and give it a name. Every rule can change later.

  3. 3

    Play

    Your world's page shows how to join. Share it in the Discord and see who turns up.

  4. 4

    Sleep and wake

    Between sessions it sleeps with everything saved. Press Wake in its Discord thread to pick up where you left off.

  5. 5

    Run it together

    Open it up and any member can wake it from #worlds-live. Add co-stewards to help you look after it.

World slots across JCBX

An awake world holds a slot and a sleeping one holds none. When every slot is in use, the next opens as soon as a world goes to sleep.

Backups

Every world is backed up through the day, with a copy kept offsite. Back up now is one press away before a big change.

Security

Like every JCBX game, a world is reachable only on the JCBX network, and only you and the people you add can control it.
